Creation of the Agroscan PME diagnostic tool

As part of the Research Chair in partnership with the VITAGORA competitiveness cluster, whose work aimed to meet the challenges related to the transformation of the agri-food economic sector, the AGROSCAN PME tool was created in order to produce a diagnosis and provide recommendations to SMEs members of VITAGORA.

Following extensive data collection from companies, large groups and international players, the tool is designed as a support tool for SMEs in the agri-food sector who would like to analyze their Business Model and develop it. Composed of five modules allowing each to target a particular theme in business analysis, AGROSCAN PME aims to support the strategic thinking of an SME, in order to enable it to improve its Business Model and to better understand the evolutions that affect the agri-food sector.
