Your Pathfinder^TM coach accompanies you from defining your project to your first job, through the implementation and monitoring of a personalised action plan.

Personal support

Understand who we are, what motivates us, what we would like to do, etc.

Your coach helps you to define the skills (soft skills) that will allow you to make a difference from your first experiences, and sets up a personalised programme to develop new ones.
