What personal data is collected, and how do we collect it:

By using our site, you provide us with various information about yourself, some of which may identify you (“Personal Data”). This happens when you explore our site and complete online forms.

All forms available on the site limit the collection of personal data to the minimum necessary and specify the purpose of collecting this data.

We have marked with an asterix the essential data to manage your request on each form. If these fields are not filled in, BSB will not be able to fulfill your requests and/or offer you the services you requested. The other details are freely selectable and allow us to better manage your request and to improve our communications and services at your disposal.

Why is your personal data collected

We collect your personal data for specific purposes and on various legal bases. They are mentioned in a table in the appendix.

Among these purposes is that of conducting commercial prospecting campaigns. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for commercial prospecting purposes at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided at the end of the prospecting message received. If you have not objected to receiving commercial offers for products or services offered by BSB and similar to those you have already purchased, you can do so later by using the unsubscribe link provided at the end of the prospecting message received.

BSB uses profiling for its service offers in accordance with the expectations of potential customers, which may result in the receipt of personalized emails or SMS messages.

What is the retention period for your personal data

We only keep your personal information for as long as is required to fulfill the purpose for which we hold it, in order to meet your needs or to comply with our legal obligations. Retention periods differ according to various elements, such as the needs of BSB's activities, legal obligations, contractual requirements as well as the recommendations of supervisory authorities. Do we share your personal information?

The data you provide is used by authorized BSB employees to manage and execute contracts and legal obligations, depending on the purposes of collection and within the limits of their respective responsibilities.
