A partnership on track with SNCF

Professional integration at the heart of the system

On Monday, November 8, BSB signed a new partnership with SNCF. Eric Cinotti, Bourgogne Franche-Comté Regional Director of the railway company, was present on the BSB Dijon Campus to sign this agreement alongside Stéphan Bourcieu, CEO of BSB.

This partnership will cover broad dimensions of cooperation, even if it is primarily devoted ultimately to promoting professional integration. “This merger is logical,” explains Stéphan Bourcieu. “On the one hand, we have a company that needs to recruit talent, and on the other hand we have talents to train, in particular through apprenticeships and internships. SNCF is a major player in the region, which recruits a lot of work-study students, so there is a real convergence of views on a visible employer brand.”

Diversity of jobs, low-carbon mobility challenges

“At SNCF, there is a great diversity of jobs: management control, marketing, marketing, digital, services, etc.”, continues Stéphan Bourcieu. “This is the advantage of such a partner, and therefore a boon for our students — future managers who will be able to evolve in terms of jobs, responsibilities, and functions.”

Very concretely, through this agreement, SNCF will strengthen its presence at BSB corporate forums and participate in the numerous business initiatives developed by the School — seminars, round tables and other supervision and support for students, including some with disabilities. Internship opportunities and therefore work-study opportunities will be deployed.

“This type of partnership is important for us”, concludes Eric Cinotti. “Our future is youth. It is in this pool that we will recruit people who will help us to think differently. We are an industrial company but also a service company and we need this youth to make even more progress in favor of carbon-free mobility.”
