BSB has just signed a partnership with Hager, an Alsatian company leader in electrical equipment and connected solutions for residential, tertiary and industrial buildings.

“It is a real satisfaction to enter into a partnership with Hager that will cover the dimensions related to employer brand and recruitment”, explains Karim El Ouez Rhani, Corporate Relations Manager at BSB. “Although the company has 12,000 employees, its operation remains quite similar to that of a start-up; its family DNA echoes that of BSB. We share a common vision and values, and several of our graduates are already working in Alsace, near the head office in Obernai: this is a perfect combination for a quality partnership and there is no doubt that this will lead to numerous recruitments in the future — interns, apprentices and graduates.”

“As an industrial company, we have significant recruitment needs,” confirms David Santos, Sales Manager at Hager. “For example, we are constantly looking for Master profiles on a work-study basis, as well as talents to cover a wide range of jobs, in HR, management, marketing or sales.
